• 50 percent needs to be paid at the time of booking of team, and remaining 50 percent one week before the wedding.

• The photos and Video Editing will take around 75 days to edit

• 18% GST is applicable on Photography and Videography services as per Govt Guidelines.

• We will require detailed timing and schedule of the entire event on an email at least 10 days prior to the event.

• In case of Outstating / Destination travel: Travel, Food and stay needs to be provided by the client. Accommodation in 3 – 4-star hotel for all crew members on twin sharing basis to be provided by client for outdoor shoots. Same meal spread as guests needs to be provided for the team / reimbursements otherwise needs to be provided.

• Recommended: We will need 1 room in the same Hotel where the event is happening so that we can check the Shoot that is being done and improvise, have team meetings, Take Back-ups, Plan the Shots.

• 3 SSD Drives of 1 or 2 TB has to be provided by the 1st day of Wedding Event.

• Any Specific Requirement like Live Screen /360 Camera or anything else has to be specifically mentioned beforehand.

• On the day of Wedding we would require someone from the family or friends to guide us with the Immediate Family and Relatives that are desired to be shot.

• A sample video will be shown after editing is done, you may make any changes up to 2 times, any more would incur extra charges towards the video editing.
